Booking Policy:	We require a credit card on file as security, if you do not have a credit card a $500.00 cash deposit is required as a security deposit and this will be refunded on departure after the room is checked.
Deposit Policy:	We require a deposit of $200 to secure the booking with the balance due in full 28 days prior to your arrival. A $500.00 deposit for bookings is required in our high season 24th December - 18th January.
Cancellation Policy:	Notification of booking cancellation is required 30 days prior to arrival or ALL monies forfeited. An administration fee of $100.00 is deducted from all cancellations, should you re-book within the next 12 months this fee will be reimbursed. We do hope to see you in the near future.
Child Policy:	N/A
Noshow Policy:	All monies will be forfeited and the remaining balance will be deducted from then credit card details supplied.
Other Policy:	Please be advised that while all efforts are made to meet any requests you have made, we cannot guarantee them. To secure your request you are able to pay $50 per night lock in fee, this is the only way your request can be guaranteed.
